Caitlin, a member of our Customer Service Team, has been named as a finalist at the In-Comm Awards in the Business Support Learner of the Year category!

The In-Comm Awards celebrate the UK’s top learners, and showcases outstanding vocational learners in the Midlands.

The Business Support Learner of the Year award, sponsored by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, recognises exceptional apprentices and their achievements.

We will be cheering Caitlin on at the In-Comm Awards finals on June 28th in Birmingham. Congratulations, Caitlin, and best of luck!

Mental Health Awareness Week

We marked Mental Health Awareness Week this month by recognising the benefits of moving more to improve our mental health.

This year's theme was Movement for Mental Health which highlighted how regular physical activity improves our mental health and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety.

Remember, money worries are one of the leading causes of stress and anxiety and your mental health impacts how you manage your money. Poor mental health can make managing money harder, and worrying about money can make your mental health worse. It is a vicious cycle.
